Job Description:

Experience: 12-15 years of HR experience in the jewellery (preferred) or retail
industry
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic input to senior management on people-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and retention strategies.
3. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring alignment with
business objectives.
- Facilitate professional development and career progression initiatives.
4. Employee Relations:
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely
manner.
5. HR Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
6. Workforce Planning:
- Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis.
- Anticipate and address staffing needs to support business growth.
7. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and
benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
8. Learning and Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Implement programs to enhance workplace diversity and equity.
10. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Provide regular HR reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of 12-15 years in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in the
jewellery or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace
culture.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Languages required – Marathi, Hindi, English and Konkani (desirable)
