  • Updating HR & Admin related Files & Records Maintaining Employee Master Data and Other Employee Database Handling joining formalities and opening of new Bank Accounts Issuance of Letter of Intent and Appointment Letter, Salary certificate. Dealing with the F&F process when employees exit the company Handling Recruitment & Induction process Government Liasoning ESIC, PF, Employment exchange and Labour Office Preparing salary sheet and monthly attendance calculation. Admin Responsibilities Management of workstation for all employees Collecting quotations Processing of purchase orders and payments Prepare and maintain all admin related register Taking care of all ID cards and other printing later works Ensure proper cleanliness of office premises through Housekeeping staff
