Job Description:

As a Store Manager in a beauty shop, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be a key player in maintaining the store's brand image, meeting financial targets, and fostering a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Staff Management:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
    • Schedule employee shifts and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Sales and Customer Service:

    • Drive sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and promotional strategies.
    • Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly and knowledgeable shopping experience.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  3. Inventory Management:

    • Oversee inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
    • Place orders for merchandise, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
    • Manage inventory shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including display areas and back storage.
    • Monitor and manage store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and utilities.
    • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
    • Coordinate in-store events, promotions, and product demonstrations to engage customers and generate excitement.
    • Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to promote the store and its products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business results.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and brands.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
