Job Description:
-Education: MBA/MPM/LMS
-HR Generalist
-Minimum 10-15 years exp. in handling a large group.
-Should have handled company/hospital/College etc with minimum 1000+ staff.
-Hands on experience in IR + Controlling power
-Accountable for end to end HR Operations including HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting & Analytics, and Employee Events
-Knowledge of complete HR operations with the balance of strategic thinking.
-Employment Legal & other statutory compliance,
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
-presentation and problem-solving
-Responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and managing audit requirements
