Position: Senior IT Recruiter
Company Name: MITS Global Consulting Pvt Ltd.
MITS is a leading Staff Augmentation Company in business from the year 2000. We provide IT Staff
Augmentation and Contract to Hire Solutions. Our current strength is 200+ IT Professionals in various
areas of Technology.net, Java, testing, Informatica, Production support analysts, oracle and BI
professionals etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruit senior candidates with IT skills on the payroll of MITS.
2. Recruit candidates for large captive offshore development centres in BFSI segment.
3. Recruited candidates should match requirements given by clients.
4. Should be able to handle the complete process from short listing the relevant cv’s till getting the
candidate onboard.
5. Should work for contract & contract to hire positions in IT for BFSI sector.
6. Building database of candidates & clients.
Desired Skills 
Excellent understanding of recruitment cycle
Prior experience with recruitment of IT professionals
Prior experience doing IT recruitment for companies like Barclays, Standard Chartered,
BNP PARIBAS Citibank etc.
Excellent communication skills
Detailed knowledge of various IT skill sets
Good people handling qualities
Go-getter attitude, eagerness to learn

Experience – 3 + years
Education - Graduation is mandatory - Any Specialization [Preference will be given to BSC (IT) and BE
(IT)].
