Post : Maitenance Head
Education : BE / Dip (Mechenical)
Experience: 7-10 Years
Keyskills: Robotic Weld Shop
Salary : up to 10 Lac(s)
Location: Aurangabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Robotic Weld Shop.
- Responsible for breakdown targets, PM planning and execution.
- Spare part planning with critical spare and inventory control.
- Preparation of maintenance budget with annual shutdown plan budget.
- Monitor and control utility operation and its maintenance and ensure 24X7 availability of utilities.
- Support & guide team on the major technical issues.
- Ensure defined actions are implemented to avoid recurrence failures.
- the same ensuring zero NC’S
- Monitor team performance with skill matrix and arrange training to improve team performance.
- Ensure maintenance task is within the perimeter like MTTR, MTBF, BD Hrs. & percentage.
- Execution of TPM pillars like PM pillar and JH pillar, KAIZENS, 5S.
- Plan & execution of energy saving projects and handling plant expansion projects.
- Ensure safety maintenance practices and plant legal requirements .
- Prepare the maintenance audits documents –ISO-TS16949
