Job Description:

1.       Monthly  and weekly production plan share to management

2.       Weekly collection plan share to management

3.       Day to day stock monitoring with depot and factory

4.       Day to day follow up the fund availability with sales & accounts department

5.       Follow up order with sales team (in SKU & value)

6.       Follow up weekly billing plan with sales team

7.       Order creation and share to logistic for dispatch

8.       Follow up vehicle placement and dispatch status with logistic

9.       Share MIS report (Primary, Brand Movement, Comparison report with last 2 months, SS/DDB outstanding) to sales team in respective WAPP group and mail.

10.   Transit shortage and damage share to logistic and accounts department for quick settlement.

11.   Expired damage claim follow up with SS and sales team for settlement

12.   Full and final settlement of SS and sales person for submission of proper NOC & NDC.

13.   Planning for old stock liquidation

14.   SO correction if required

15.   Daily secondary ,retailing follow up with sales team

16.   Analysis SS closing stock and pressure to liquid it for avoid any expiry

17.   Fortnight sales review with Sales team.

18.   Follow up POP & POSM stock and place requisition to responsible.

19.   Secondary & Primary Trade scheme design with management and execution

20.   Once after submission of miscellaneous claims to be checked thoroughly with APP.

21.   Maintaining register for quality issue FG pkts (not yet started).

22.   Coordination with admin time to time for issue sample to the sales person who are newly joined.

23.   Share pending delayed dispatch status against receive order & fund for action plan.
