Job Description:

 

Position:          Sr. Manager - HR

Location:         Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Experience:     12 - 15 years

Industries:      Chemical

 

Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • HR Circulars /MIS: HR Circulars as and when required.
  • Provide support in consolidation of various HR reports & analysis for management's review .i.e. Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Develop & ensure that HR records & Personnel information of employees are well organized
  • Employee Life Cycle Management - Facilitating & Monitoring the activities of PMS, Employees Master Data , Medicliam process coordination , HR Policies implementation etc.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manpower Plan & Budget - Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include Recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants within a budget. 
  • Joining & On boarding - Facilitating & Monitoring the timely and effective completion of Joining & On boarding formalities.
  • Induction & Orientation - Facilitating & Monitoring the effective, efficient, timely & smooth completion of Induction & Orientation programme for the new hires.

Employee Relations / Industrial Relations:

  • Cultivate & maintain harmonious /cordial employee relations throughout and provide effective means of communications between Management and Employees to facilitate mutual understanding.
  • Manage employee's issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, and counseling.
  • Initiated various disciplinary actions in consultation with the Top Management/Head of Dept.
  • Representing the Management as and when required.

Training & Development And Talent Management:

  • Facilitates Training & development programmes.
  • Manage training resources to meet changing business needs & develop employee potential.
  • Provide support in training co-ordination including preparation of training needs analysis, sourcing /booking of training programmes and updating training records /feedback

Contract Labour Management & Time office:

  • Ensuring & monitoring smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to Contract Labour Management.
  • Time office such as salary processing, attendance system, full & final settlement, wages disbursement ,deployment of contract labours, safety of contract labours etc.

General Administration:

  • General Administration: Ensuring, monitoring and facilitating smooth functioning of all the activities pertaining to general administration.
  • Services related grievances handling & complaints resolution, Employees Relations and Employees Engagement Initiatives, House keeping, Security, Travel & Hotel Management etc.

 

Required Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of Labour laws and regulations.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Communication Skills
  • Decision Making & Leadership Skill
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Time Management

Required Qualification: - MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
