Designation: Product application engineer

Job Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia ( Flexible to relocate in any territory in KSA )

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Notice period - Immediate to 30 days

Job Description - As a Product Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical product specifications and customer requirements. Your primary responsibility is to provide technical support, assist in product implementation, and ensure successful application of the company's products in various customer environments.

Roles and responsibilities

• He must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Aluminium Hot & cold rolling mill
  
  
• Work experience in Indian companies such as Hindalco, Jindal, Vedanta Aluminium etc.
  
  
• He must have chemical background with MBA is plus point.
  
  
• Flexible to relocate in any territory in KSA
  
  
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, troubleshooting, and technical specifications.

• Provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues, both remotely and on-site if necessary.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding and usage.

• Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to suggest improvements and new features.

• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to contribute valuable insights for product roadmap planning.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to validate product performance in real-world scenarios.
