Job Description:

Position Deputy Commercial Manager
Department Commercial
Location Maheshtala, Kolkata
Key Accountability / Role and Responsibilities
1. Maintain & keeping records of all receivable management for  including liasoning work. Monitoring, review &
control of outstanding & receivable from customers. Controlling acknowledged copy of tax invoice to the client &
maintaining summary of receivables as per due date of collection.
2.
Assisting & supporting CFO-Finance as and when required.
3. Verification & validation of PO/WO from customers. Conducting periodic review meeting on each project. Conducting periodic review
meeting on each project.
4. Co-coordinating with bank for Issuing, managing and maintaining records for ABG (Advance Bank Guarantee),PBG (Performance Bank
Guarantee), BG (Bank Guarantee including Corporate Bank Guarantee), ILC (Inland Letter of Credit), FLC (Foreign Letter of
credit)including correspondence with Bank as and when required.
5.
Issuing/ Submission of Tax Invoice (including E-Invoice), E-Way Bills, PI (Performa Invoice).
6.
Preparation of MIS reports timely.
7.
Building excellent rapport with colleague/team members, vendors, internal stake holders by providing effective support.
8. Active engagement with customers on commercial matter & contractual correspondences, as required by management. Ability to
understand the commercial contracts and can extract the required information and details from it and get it executed.
9.
Support on agreements/ legal matters as desired by the management.
10. Continuous engagement with Sales team and procurement team managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies,
credit norms, review of payment terms and dealer collection terms.
Education Qualification
1.
REQUIRED: B.Com with specialization in Finance.
2.
REQUIRED:
Experience
Minimum years of experience: 04 Years Maximum years of experience: 10 Years
Preferable Industry background: Engineering Manufacturing industry.
