Job Title Commercial Executive – Bath division

Role Description

Job Purpose

Commercial Officer will be responsible for all commercial operation in Units (West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orrisa, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, North-Eastern States) which mainly Include Material Servicing to Distributor/Dealer network,
Warehouse management, Expense Monitoring, Vendor management, Statutory compliance, MIS and controls.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Material servicing to Distributor/dealer network within benchmark time, chalking out plans with state heads for enhancing service level from time to time.
2. Warehouse and Inventory management through service provider.
3. Ageing Analysis of Stock and ensuring no dead stocks gets accumulated in Warehouse.
4. Overheads Control and Expense Accounting: Cost to be Monitored and accounted as per company policy in areas of CFA, Transportation, Rent, Packing material, Printing stationery etc.
5. Vendor Management: Identification of new vendors, managing relationship with existing vendors to drive the operations in effective way, payment processing for services taken from vendors. Major vendors includes Transporters, CFA, Landlords Security agency etc.
6. Capex : Ensuring all Capital Expenditure Needs of Unit are budget accordingly and due closure of same post approval of Budget
7. Statutory compliance & Safety, Taxation: Statutory Compliances to be adhered to fully w.r.t- GST Laws,Contract labour laws, Storage license, Fire License, Shops and Establishment, Bonus, PF /ESIC etc.
8. MIS : preparation of various MIS and on time submission to RCE. 

Units (West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orrisa, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, North-Eastern States

Part of sales support function at company-wide.

Key Interactions

Internal -Divisional Sales team, Head office functions – Internal audit, Taxation , Legal , IT, Corporate Accounts and Finance , Payment processing centre (SSC), Supply Chain etc.

External -  Various service providers like Stationary Vendor, CFA, Landlord, Transporters etc.

Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications

Essential
• Full time Graduate (BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with minimum 50% marks in graduation Desired
• Candidate must possess good numerical skills, communication skills, commercial Orientation, High proficiency in MS EXCEL

Previous Experience

No mandatory previous experience required. 0-1 yrs of experience in admin/commercial

Functional Competencies

Execution orientation and dealing with vendors.
Behavioral Competencies

Customer centric approach with solution orientation
