Job Description:

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales activities for our skincare brand across a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the skincare industry, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to drive individual and collective performance.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.

4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends.

5. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns and product launches.

6. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Provide product knowledge training to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell skincare products.

8. Develop and manage budgets for the assigned area, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

9. Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with customer service teams.

10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

 

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the skincare or beauty industry.

2. Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and market dynamics.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
