Job Description:

Position:         Electrical Testing Engineer

Location:        Daman

Experience:    3- 4 Years

Industries:      FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and identifies samples for testing.
• Proposes/develops the test method procedures.
• Review the product performance and electrical testing requirement along customer given protocols and applicable standards including DFMEA inputs, product safety (electrical, chemical, mechanical), Product functionality and performance (including reliability and stability).
• Performs tests according to defined internal or external methods in order to validate the product design.
• Produces the test reports and documentation.
• Proposes new instruments to facilitate and improve the job level output and /or to reduce the timing. Takes care of the current instruments (calibration and maintenance procedures).
• Coordinates the external laboratories whenever needed.

Required Skills:

• Required Knowledge of the requirements and associated regulatory matters related of the IEC EN 60335-1
• Required knowledge of glow wire test IEC 60695-2-11:2014, Ball Pressure test IEC 60695-10-2, Free fall test IEC 60668-2-32
• Knowledge of Lab Standards IEC 17205 and Certification grants- NABL,CB
• Basic Knowledge of safety and Rohs Compliance. SAP as optional skill
• Knowledge of common Office software and MS Project
• English Proficiency
• Believes in Precision work
• Determined and Self-starter

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech- Electrical/Electronics/Testing

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
