Job Description:

Responsibilities

1) Having knowledge in TDS, TCS return

2) Must have knowledge in GST return & ITR, Have knowledge in E way prepare (Bills & all)

3) Day to day Purchase & Sales entry

4) Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

5) Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

6) Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

7) Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

8) Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.

9) Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

10) Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.

11) Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.

12) Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.

13) Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.

14) Secures financial information by completing database backups.

15) Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Graduate / Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
