Senior Architect

Job Description:

1. Lead the architectural design process for residential
   apartment and individual house projects from concept to
   completion, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and sustainable
   outcomes.
   2. Participate in design presentations and discussions with
   clients to understand their specific requirements and
   incorporate feedback into the design process.
   3. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and zoning
   analysis to determine project viability and compliance with
   local regulations.
   4. Incorporate the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
   in residential architecture to create innovative and appealing
   living spaces.
   5. Oversee and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and
   support throughout the design and construction phases.
   6. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients,
   contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project
   delivery and maintain strong relationships.
   7. Perform periodical site visits to address design challenges and
   ensure adherence to quality standards.
   8. Work with clients and internal teams to understand functional
   requirements and interact with the other cross functional
   teams to architect, design, develop, test and release features.
   9. Assist cost team in project estimation and sales team
   questions that arise during the pre-sales process.

Proven experience of over 8 years in architectural design with a focus
on residential projects.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful residential projects that
demonstrate creativity, functionality, and attention to detail.

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D MAX, SKETCH UP, LUMIEN, PHOTOSHOP

and Ms. Office.
