Areas of Operation

Execution & Development - Project Management – Progress Reporting
Procurement – Vendor Management – Quality Management – Commercial
Functions

 Ensure execution and handover of all residential projects. All resources
including materials and equipment's reach at the site to ensure smooth
start of the project.
 Efficiently liaising and coordinating with consultants, architect, purchase
department and contractors while ensuring profitability and project
deliverables
 Supervision, checking & coordination of plumbing works at site &
ertification of respective measurement.
 Liaising and coordinating with Local GOVT authority like Fire department,
Electrical department, Municipal Corporation for NOC and other approval.
 Coordination with Local Administration for smooth operation of project.
 Ensure Completion of Project with Zero Accident and Zero Defect.

Any Grads but Preferabbly Dip / BE in Civil

Over 20 years Exp in Residential Projects.
