Job Description:
Position: Team Member Instrument
Location: Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar
Experience: 3- 5 Years
Industries: Glass Manufacturing -MNC
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & fault diagnosis of technical breakdowns.
- Maintaining plant instrumentation spares.
- Continuous monitoring of unsafe conditions in plant and rectify them.
- Commissioning of instrumentation projects.
- Plan actualisation of preventive maintenance.
- Follow Up with Purchse & Supplier
- Predictive Maintenance
- Maintenance activities related to instrumentation
- Field instrumentation & servodrive calibration
- PLC & DCS applications
- VFD & servodrive application
- Knowledge of encoders, inductive, photosensors
- Knowledge of pressure,level,temperature & flow transmitters
- Commissioning of instrumentation projects
- Knowledge of International standards and Codes for instruments equipment & systems
- Planning of preventive maintenance to reduce down time
- Knowledge in Industrial safety, 5S, ISO systems.
