- Exp – Smart comm skills Fresher, any amount of proven recruitment experience
- Gender – Female living in Goa
- Working Day &Timings – 9 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. 3 Saturdays off.
- Workplace – Work from home
- Salary – Depends on current package and interview.

- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, and screening from different portals, social media.
