Job Description:

 

Manpower Handling.
 Understanding of Food cost & Margin delivery.
 Negotiation skills / Vendor Management
 Knowledge of Bakery Recipe.
 Should have RND skills.
 Should know how to make recipe.
 Understanding of Yield / Production loss.
 Should have knowledge of chemicals used in bakery industry.
 Should have knowledge of Nutritional panels / RDA / Allergens.
 Should have the knowledge of industry ( upgraded Assortment of Bakery Industry )
 Excel / SAP knowledge.
 Retail business Knowledge (KPI) – Sales / Margin / BP% / ABV / QPB / SPF……
 FOSTEC trained; so that he can have clear idea of Hygiene standard in work Place.
 Should be ready to travel.

 The person will be responsible for P&L, Inventory management, Budget management, recipe preparation and business parameters.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Bachelor in Hotel Management, IHM
 BSc

Possess professional disposition with good
communication and interpersonal skills.
 Positive attitude and Good communication skills.
