Job Description:
Manpower Handling.
Understanding of Food cost & Margin delivery.
Negotiation skills / Vendor Management
Knowledge of Bakery Recipe.
Should have RND skills.
Should know how to make recipe.
Understanding of Yield / Production loss.
Should have knowledge of chemicals used in bakery industry.
Should have knowledge of Nutritional panels / RDA / Allergens.
Should have the knowledge of industry ( upgraded Assortment of Bakery Industry )
Excel / SAP knowledge.
Retail business Knowledge (KPI) – Sales / Margin / BP% / ABV / QPB / SPF……
FOSTEC trained; so that he can have clear idea of Hygiene standard in work Place.
Should be ready to travel.
The person will be responsible for P&L, Inventory management, Budget management, recipe preparation and business parameters.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Bachelor in Hotel Management, IHM
BSc
Possess professional disposition with good
communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and Good communication skills.
