Profile    - Operation Manager

Responsibilities:-

1. Manage security incidents, including responding to alerts, investigating security breaches, and taking corrective action.
2. manage the hiring and training process for other security personnel, and otherwise oversee daily security needs.
3. To meet the clients to understand their manpower requirement.
4.  Responsible for providing excellent customer service and determining the needs of the client.
5. Leading and delivering complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients.
6. Contract terms and conditions knowledge.

• Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
• Analyzing training needs/requirements
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities
