Job Description:

Designation : Liasioning Officer
• Job Overview: As a Liaison Officer you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and various external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local communities. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in West Bengal.
• Government Liaison:
• Interface with government agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies like – Factory License, Labor License, Trade License, Corporation Tax, Khajna, GST, PF, ESI, PTax etc
• Facilitate necessary approvals, permits, and licenses required for the company's operations.
• Keep abreast of changes in government policies and regulations that may impact the company and advise management accordingly.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, approvals, and permits.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Act as a mediator in resolving disputes or issues between the company and external parties, ensuring a harmonious working relationship.
• Networking:
Develop and nurture a network of contacts within the government, regulatory bodies, and local communities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Education
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 yrs Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local and state regulations and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Location: Howrah , West Bengal
Salary: 35,000/- CTC / Month
