Position Hydraulic Cylinder design engineer

Department Design & Development

Location Kolkata- JEHEL Factory

Key Accountability / Role and Responsibilities
1.
Exposure in hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power pack design
2.
Craft models and drawing in Auto Cad, Solid edge, Solid Works etc.
3.
Create prototype development of hydraulic cylinder.
4.
Find creative design solution for hydraulic related problems.
5. Good Knowledge of seal material selection and load calculation
6.
Sound knowledge of GD & T
7. Able to write detailed report related project
Education Qualification
1.
REQUIRED: BE/B-Tech (Mechanical) Having 3-Year Experience
2.
REQUIRED: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or 4-Year DTDM from Tool Room Training Centre having 6-Years Experience
Experience
Minimum yrs. of experience:  3 Maximum yrs. of experience: No bar
Preferable Industry background: Hydraulic cylinder Manufacturing industry like M/s Wipro, Dantal, Oscar , Canara Hydrulics,
Nature of Experience- Hydraulic Cylinder design & development
Required Skill Sets
1. Good knowledge of Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly Process
2.  Ensure compliance with the industry's safety standard.
3.  Research new product development & innovative ideas.
