Assistant Manager / Manager - Supply Chain Management

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Organize & Execute logistics & store department in order to achieve business targets
and improve profitability.
2. Ensure quality related compliance during Material Management & timely completion
of corrective and preventive actions.
3. Monitoring & maintain stocks of Raw Material & Packing Materials according to needs
& specifications.
4. Ensure proper packaging & dispatches of Finished Goods according to Marketing
Department Plan.
5. Ensure effective waste segregation and dispatches of Scrap/waste on regular basis.
6. Organize Transport arrangement for Dispatches.
7. Execute & review department objectives & achievement.
8. Implement QMS & EMS procedures to meet quality requirement.
9. Review, update & maintain quality documents & records.
10. Pinpointing relevant training needs & Conduct on job training of immediate
subordinate.
11. Monitor yearly organizational targets/goals defined by management.
12. Effective monitoring and review of material consumption.
13. Ensure all equipment/Instruments used in department are calibrated. Also
apply effective preventive maintenance procedure.
14. Co-ordinate with other service department to ensure smooth functioning of logistics
and store department.
15. Motivate & encourage employee for participation in organization events.
16. Follow the work instructions of the superior on need basis..

3. Develop mutual understanding team members willingly supports and work.
Primary KRAs:
1. Final Product, By Products Dispatches 100% without any delay.
2. Timely availability of Raw Material, Packing Materials, Engineering Material to
ensure zero Down time on production.
3. No complaint pertaining to Packing, weight shortage, logistics
4. No spillage/ leakage Spillage of Final Product, By product or Raw Material
5. Zero Accident / Incident
6. 100% Updating and implementation with incorporation of relevant software
7. 100% compliance as GPCB, FI, Prohibition / Narcotics and W&M. Ensure
document update for ISO & other requirements.
8. Conduct quarterly review
9. One behavior and technical training to all employees
