Job Description:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries who require shipping and freight forwarding solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively prospecting and networking to generate leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to provide tailored logistics solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and customer benefit.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by consistently closing deals and expanding the customer base.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends that could impact our services.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
