  • Looking after General House Keeping, Transportation, Horticulture, Transit house Guest House and other jobs related to administration.

 

Principal Responsibilities

(KRAs)

  • Office administration and management of Pantry Services.
  • Transport management (Staff Buss), Management of monthly vehicle and travel booking administration (Cab Hotels).
  • Management of stationary / Housekeeping items for all employees in SEZ by collation /indentation/ administration of distribution.
  • General Housekeeping of SEZ and maintain hygiene in office / plant areas.
  • Provision of drinking water supply in SEZ Administration/ Maintenance of water supply systems in coordination with Civil, Maintenance Department.
  • Pest control activities in SEZ as per SOP.
  • Courier management - National Local.
  • Management of canteen operation, Budgeting and control of Expenses.
  • Repair and maintenance of office repair.
  • Employee Engagement activities- Celebrations of Annual Day/ Vishwakarma Puja/Diwali/New Year/ Sports Week/Family picnic etc.
  • Assets (Furniture Fixture) Management.
  • Repair and maintenance of Toilets/Office building with coordination with civil maintenance.
  • Administration of wild grass cutting in SEZ through mechanized manual method.
  • Administration of vendor agreement timely payment, ensure Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual closing.
  • Requirement as directed by Supervisor.
  • Conducting periodic evaluation of the contractors.
  • Documentation related to IMS, ISO RC standard.
  • Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Security)

Qualification Experience

 

  • Graduate with at least 2 - 10 years with good communication and managerial skills.
