- Responsible for plant production rotation, quality inspection, optimization of resources,manpower management, store management, material receiving & dispatches.
- Responsibility Deliverable
- Work follow up of production rotation
- Ensuring documentation / reports completion of every operator
- Reporting problems & providing solution and guidance
- Maximizing the use of consumables
- Ensuring safe practices in all levels of working
- Material verification
- Quality & drawing inspection of production material
- Loading/unloading of all materials
- Ensuring housekeeping
- Manpower allocation
- Assisting breakdown in priority basis
- Submitting required reports.
- The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
