Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst/Consultant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of post-qualification work experience in the fields of Finance, Consulting, or Equity Research. The preferred qualifications for this role include an MBA, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or similar credentials.
Responsibilities:

Sector and Equity Research:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of specific sectors and industries.
- Monitor market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting the sectors under study.
- Identify investment opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Preparation of Information Memorandum and Financial Models:
- Prepare comprehensive Information Memorandum (IM) documents for potential investors.
- Develop detailed financial models, including forecasts, projections, and valuation analyses.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling to assess potential risks and opportunities.

Debt and Private Equity Fund Syndication:
- Assist in the syndication of debt and private equity funds for client projects.
- Collaborate with lenders, investors, and clients to structure financing deals.
- Conduct due diligence, prepare investment memos, and negotiate terms and conditions.

Coordination with Investors, Lenders, and Clients:
- Act as a key liaison between the company, investors, lenders, and clients.
- Communicate project updates, financial performance, and investment opportunities to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties to facilitate successful transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of post-qualification work experience in Finance, Consulting, or Equity Research.
- MBA, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment principles, and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
