Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the entire finishing process of kraft paper production at Jamdol location.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of finishing operations.
3. Lead a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
8. Manage inventory and procurement of finishing supplies and equipment.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., paper technology, engineering, manufacturing).
2. Proven experience in managing finishing operations within the paper or packaging industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of finishing processes and equipment used in kraft paper production.
