Job Description:
- Technical audit for development at customer sites
- Customer technical issue analysis
- Paper quality troubleshooting
- Product quality data analysis
- Product development trials at customer end
- Benchmarking of competitors samples for product excellence
- Responsible for the quality of incoming raw materials and finished goods
Responsible for all activities in Quality Control & Assurance.
?Experienced in manufacturing high BF kraft paper, Ribbed Kraft &
Absorbent Kraft papers, Glassine Paper Overlay Tissue, Color Tissue Paper,
Insulation paper, OTC, Crepe tissue, Napkin Paper, & all MG related papers.
?Checking All the Properties and Defects of Paper After Rewinder.
?Knowledge Of full Testing in Kraft Paper like Tensile, Wet Tensile, Bulkness,
Stiffness, Ply Bond, Porosity, Brust Factor, Cobb, Tear Factor, Smoothness,
Brightness, Moisture, Caliper, Etc.
