Job Description:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Executives to join our team. As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, as well as proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and institutions, to introduce our custom T-shirt solutions and generate new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct research and market analysis to identify target industries, segments, and prospects for focused client acquisition efforts.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique requirements and demonstrating how our custom T-shirt solutions can meet their branding needs.
  4. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and customization options of our products and services to potential clients, highlighting our quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
  5. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and production, to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and executed to meet or exceed expectations.
  7. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  8. Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently striving for business growth and revenue generation.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands to identify new market opportunities and provide insights for business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar client acquisition or sales role, preferably in the custom apparel or promotional products industry.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients and present our solutions persuasively.
  4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  5. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong customer-centric approach.
  6. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and networking abilities.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client acquisition activities simultaneously.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  9. Knowledge of printing techniques, fabric types, and garment customization will be an added advantage.
  10. A genuine interest in fashion, design, and branding is desirable.
