Job Description:

responsible for the day to day operations management

Operation and maintenance of Pellet making process. Beneficiation plant Operation and Maintenance Directing project activities for strategic utilization of available resources as per schedules; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of man days, raw materials & energy consumption Implementing maintenance schedules for various equipment, conducting periodic checks and managing documentation with a key focus on reduction in delay & equipment uptime Planning for execution of scheduled preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis & action plans and solving critical problems (CAPA)

1. Plan the preventive/ corrective maintenance for the Pellet plant in cordination with the other depending Plants and Maintenance deptt.

2. Process improvement to ensure qualtiy fo the output

3. Control the cost of production of the department.

4. Ensuring that the production capacity is as per plan.

5. Team management and work load scheduling, Training to the staff to boost production, efficiency and quality.

6. Budgeting and forecasting for the department.

7. Management reporting and budget control.
