• Store & Purchase Executive
  1. Receiving Raw Materials (RM), Finished goods (FG) from Suppliers/Vendors
  2. Keeping Material in custody & record Keeping (Maintaining Stock)
  3. Material issuing & movement (Internal/External)
  4. To receive the incoming material and update the record in MIS
  5. Maintaining the stock of the items as per the minimum stock defined in IMS
  6. To plan the purchase of consumables and RM or any other item and follow
  the defined procedure to procure the same.
  7. Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables and RM 8. To update material bin card for issue and incoming entry
  9. Generate Material Indent/Purchase request for material required
  10. Monthly stock-taking of RM, FG and other stored items at the end of every
  month
  11. To make RGP Challan as and when required
  12. Monitor material received for quantity and specification against RGP Challan
  13. Ensure storage of parts as per FIFO and identification of all parts kept in store
  14. Implement and sustain 5S in store and all related areas under stores
  15. Identify and select suppliers for consumables and other purchases
  16. Maintain all Store and Purchase related documentation as directed by
  management.

17. To undertake any other duties as required and assigned by the management, from time to
time.
