Job Description:
Position - Area Sales Manager
Preferred Age - 30-35yrs
Min Edu. Qual.: Graduate
Work Experience - Min 8-10yrs
Preferred Background - FMCG / Food & Beverages
Other requirements :
-Two-wheeler mandatory
-Must have hands-on working experience in General trade alongwith team handling experience.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. To coordinate and achieve the sales and execution objectives for the geographical area under his control thereby ensuring VOLUME for the organization.
2. To be responsible for coordinating with Market Execution team for implementing trade promotional activities.
3. To maintain good relationship with the Distributors / Dealers / Retailers.
4. To control and monitor the activities of his Executives w
5. To review regularly and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and suggest necessary action wherever required.
6. To impart on- the-job training, monitor and control Pre - Sellers and Route Agents activities for smooth functioning of daily operations.
7. To be responsible for financial controls i.e to ensure the credit policies of the company are implemented and clearing the accounts receivables from the distributors accordingly.
