We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telemarketing Head to lead and manage our telemarketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and grow the volume of the subscriber base and market share. Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue growth.
? Manage and lead a team of telemarketing leads to ensure targets are achieved.
? Ensure that the telemarketing team follows established SOP for calls, and customer service.
? Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for telemarketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
? Developing and implementing sales processes and workflows to ensure that the team works efficiently and effectively.
? Train and coach telemarketing leads, ATL’s to improve their performance and achieve targets.
? Evaluate the performance of the telemarketing team and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
? Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to align telemarketing activities with overall business objectives.
? Prepare and present daily, monthly regular reports on the performance of the telemarketing department to the digital classifieds head and product head.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Telemarketing Head Requirements:
? Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
? At least 15 years of experience in telemarketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
? Experience in the FMCG, telecom industry is highly preferred.
? Proven track record of developing and implementing successful telemarketing strategies.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
? Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets.
? Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet the deadline
