Qualifications/Experience: Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline with 2 - 3 Yrs in SaaS Platforms / IT Solutions Salary: As per Industry Standards Job Description: As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote RealBooks. You need to work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing efforts support sales goals and objectives. You may collaborate on strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads, as well as provide the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the company's products or services. Roles & Responsibilities: ? Developing and implementing marketing strategies - conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying trends to determine the best course of action for reaching potential customers. ? Creating and executing marketing campaigns by developing and managing social media accounts, creating content, and working with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals. ? Tracking the success of marketing campaigns including monitoring metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. ? Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies that support sales goals and objectives and providing the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell. ? Identifying new market opportunities - researching new markets, and identifying potential customers and opportunities for growth. ? Representing the company in events and conferences. ? Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's marketing efforts remain competitive. Skills/Requirements: ? Excellent communication skills. ? Analytical skills to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. ? Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. ? Marketing expertise - deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, as well as experience in specific areas such as digital marketing, content marketing, or event marketing. ? Creativity - must be able to come up with new and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and think outside of the box.
