Sr Manager-New Product Development
Job Description:
Looking for a result-oriented & performance driven professional with rich experience in Quality Management, Laboratory Operations and New Product Development
• Proficient in maintaining & controlling quality standards to check all site activities; implementing QA / QC process to monitor incoming & in-process activities on various products & records / documents
• Expertise in performing testing activities to ensure that quality of incoming tea products are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications
• Resourceful in heading laboratory works involving detailed result analysis & inferences, review of records, preparation of products & materials and developing new methods to ensure smooth operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of FSSAI requirement, USFDA, EU & country regulations for pesticides, so on
• Hands-on experience in Testing Methodology Development, Stability Testing, FAPAS Proficiency Test for Pesticides, ISO 17025, HACCP & BRC, Decaffeination of Tea, so on
• A forward thinking person with excellent communication, analytical & time management skills; exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation & creativity to achieve corporate & personal goals.
