To handle Quality assurance and Quality control functions
To streamline the existing processes and update as per the GMP norms and other regulatory compliance
Constantly need to train the QC,QA chemists to follow GMP practices, to train them for handling HPLC GC with all necessary precautions and training protocols
Need to train employees from all departments to streamline the GMP practices and give them cross functional training.
To coordinate with the customer QA-QC teams and face audits and regular activities.
To draft customer required documentation.
To be well versed with all PVC Heat Stabilizers Metallic Ste rates Paint Additives Specialty Additives
To be well versed with QC testing methods.
To be proactive and fair in approach.
Responsibility and deliverables would be high .Scope for immense learning and creativity.
Should work in harmony with the other functions such as R&d ,Production and maintenance departments
