Business Analyst cum Project Manager
Job Description:
Responsible : For bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholder..
Engage with business leaders and users to understand how changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value..
Primarily responsible for understanding Business requirements of clients, documentation of BRD along with epics and User stories, ensuring correct information flow to developers
Supporting QA activities like system testing or UAT, as required before delivery, ensuring quality
Handholding the clients on the new developments through Communication, Demonstrations and Trainings
Meeting Project delivery timelines...
Key Responsibilities
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Client Handling: Multiple stakeholders
Defining business requirements, creating BRD and User stories, wireframes etc and reporting them back to stakeholders, supporting development activities in ensuring zero change request from stakeholders
Preparing Technical Documents
Planning and monitoring Development & release along with Technical team
Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients
Responsible to identify and solve problems affecting the business solution, and work closely with the Senior management, to analyze the existing business systems and make recommendations for improvement
Managing impediments and ensuring smooth SDLC
Ensuring Timelines are met for Project Delivery
Preparing Project Plans, Delivery schedules, Resource Planning, WBS etc, to management.
