Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production task in the best possible manner along with the proper systematic planning of production activities & ensure Orders are manufactured within scheduled deadlines
- Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
- Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to Production Manager
- Reviewing of weekly schedule with production supervisors to ensure the on-time completion of production plan.
- Monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.
- Coordinate with the team in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines
- Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions.
- Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
- Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
