Job Description:

Roll : 

Designing various electrical control panels like PLC, VFD, Soft Starter, MCC, PCC, Pneumatic, ETC  Circuit designing, preparing SLD, Panel layout & Electrical schematics. 

Making BOM, selection of material as per requirement or IP protection, preparing drawings for approval    communicating with clients for understanding and detailing of drawings

Supporting to other teams for solving issues (Manufacturing & commissioning) Identifying root cause in electrical circuits& providing solution to it developing control logic & circuit as per requirement of projects. Implementing & suggesting various kaizen   to increase efficiency and reduce losses.  

Skill :

Project planning and Panel deign / Developing circuit diagram and Panel designing in Solid Works Electrical 2016, Auto Cad and Eplane Electric P8.2.4.
Drive installation and commissioning and PLC.
Product selection for applications to overcome the problems.
Drive failure analysis and service support. Installation & commissioning support for all Electrical components.
Drive failure analysis and service support.
Application study and production selection.
