Responsibilities:
- Shift Supervision, Manpower Planning
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
- Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Regularly Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Good Knowledge
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Team Work Time Management.
