Job Description:

Sr Job Description (Supervisor - ETP) with 3 to 5 years’ experience with B.Sc. - Chemistry.
1 The environment supervisor is responsible for smooth running of Effluent
treatment plant (ETP).
2 Independently operating of Zero Liquid discharge waste water recycle plant.
3 Ensure Operational cost reduction by optimizing power, manpower, utilities and
chemical consumption.
4 Capable to run the plant with zero accidents by taking preventive measures with
respect to Safety.
5 Communicate with internally with employees & contractors, departmental
heads.

Ensure cleaning and maintenance of pumps, equipment, instrument and other
work areas Control dosage of chemicals and nutrients based on the waste water
characteristics.
7 PPE Management Ensure availability and use by all applicable employees.
8 Ensure compliance to the work permit system.
9 Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC.
10 To run the plant with maximum efficiency as per standard.
11 Daily maintain of ETP/MEE/ RoO logbook.
12 Monitoring inlet/outlet effluent parameters and hazardous waste as per
environmental regulations standard.
13 Wastewater treatment operations and experience in trouble shooting of all day-
to-day operations.
