Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervising ICWA costing function to ensure delivery efficiency in terms of quality and timelines
- Inventory valuation as per the standards.
- Handling cost audit and related reports
- Gathering budget proposals from departments and compilation of Master Budget
- Implementation of ERP: Enhance and improve usage of ERP, decrease manual intervention
- Forecasting and tracking of Business Performance periodically
- Implementing, monitoring and maintaining Product costing and Standard costing Systems
- Product wise profitability
- Working capital management
- Monitoring and reporting of the production efficiency
- Define and monitor KPI; creating dashboards for the management
- Maintain a strong and relevant Management Reporting Framework through MIS and Analytics
- Analyze and track operational performance and pursue Operational Excellence
- initiatives to improve Business Performance
- Collaborating with team, Sharing knowledge and guiding the team for functional and
- professional development
- Networking with peer groups internally and externally
