Job Description:
Urgent opening for Sales- Project
Location- Kolkata (West Bengal) and Patna (Bihar)
Responsibilities include :
1.Scope – mapping upcoming projects in Bengal / assigned territories
2.Establish contact with the developer, architect, contractor
3.System/ product specification with the developers, as approved manufacturer
- Building team of experienced applicators for commercialization and proper job execution
Candidates with proven experience in Dealer/distributor acquisition/management, achieving desired sales targets, hands on understanding of the local market, Competition Analysis etc.. will be best fit for this role
Salary- Up to 3L CTC
Qualifications- Graduations
The candidate should be preferably from
- building material (except TMT)/ equipment/ Industrials products/ Cement/ Machines background having similar Job profile exposure for at least about 3 years.
- Should have onsite knowledge about execution and application of various waterproofing systems.
- Very good personal contacts with the developers , architects& contractors and Govt. departments.
- Having his own conveyance
