Job Description:
We have a requirement for a Sales Manager for our organisation.
The necessary attributes of the candidate are as follows:
1. Male candidates with about 10 years in the Real Estate Market .
2. Should have worked in Rajarhat Real Estate market & posses good knowledge about the sector.
3. He must have experience of selling boutique properties ( Duplex ,Triplexes ,etc in the price range of 70 lakhs to 1.2 crores)
4. The person should be capable of handling a sales team ,telly callers & digital marketing staff & agencies.
5.The person must have a sound knowledge about the various marketing activities, marketing budgets, etc.
6. The person must have the ability to make effective strategies to ensure appropriate revenue generation.
