Job Description:
Designation: Head- Branding
The Branding Head would work directly with the director with an end-to-end ownership of all branding initiatives across multiple product categories like TMT, structural steel, etc.
Job Location: Kolkata HO
Experience: 10-14 years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Roles and Responsibility:
- End-to-end ownership of the entire brand strategy including creation and implementation of all initiatives.
- Developing ATL strategy for branding & promotions by exploring conventional and non- conventional media channels.
- Driving media planning and buying
- Managing creative agencies for the development, execution, and on-going evaluation of all creatives, media content, promotions, research etc.
- Managing and tracking all BTL initiatives.
- Manage all PR initiatives and corporate communication
- Creating of launch strategy of new products
An ideal candidate would have:
- Experience with a high-visibility brand from FMCG/FMCD/Paints/ Building Products industries
- Exposure to Market Trend Analysis, Brand Research, Competitor Tracking & Analysis
- Experience in managing celebrity brand ambassadors
- Strong understanding of rural go to market strategies
- Experience in managing large influencer and consumer initiatives
