ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - INVETSMENT BANKING
Job Description:
As a member of the valuation team, the candidate will take responsibility for part or all of a range of valuation assignments.
Should be experienced in conducting the valuation for the following purposes:
- Valuations for accounting, tax, restructuring, commercial and dispute purposes;
- Valuation of companies for fundraising, ESOP, Stake Sale, FEMA, Transfer Pricing,
- Valuation of Financial Instruments like Debentures, Preference Shares, NCD, OCD, Corporate Guarantee etc.
- Brand Valuation;
- Valuation of cases under Arbitration and Litigation;
Qualification: CA, MBA (Finance) with 3-6 years of experience in the related field. Prefer, if the candidate completes the IBBI Registered Valuation Examination.
Essential Skills:
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and report writing skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other office products
- Understanding of complex financial modelling and simulations
