Job Description:
- Conduct detailed scoping workshops and develop high level project work plan;
- Working with relevant stakeholders to architect, design and develop complex Dynamics 365 solutions;
- Create appropriate requirements and design documentation;
- Optimize business process design and the use of standard MS Dynamics 365 capabilities;
- Promote customer relationship management best practice;
- Implement and leverage the MS Dynamics platform using best; development and implementation methodologies; and
- Work with team members to verify the implemented solution.
