Job Description:

Responsible for Architectural Designing, Working Drawing, Presentation Drawing of various Residential, Commercial Building projects as an Architect. Experienced in Interior Designing of various Hotels, Restaurants, Bar, Banquets, Residences, Offices & Renovation / Modification work of existing company assets. Responsible for making Liasion related building drawings i.e. Sanction Drawing for various Statutory Department (Corporation / Municipality / Panchayat, Fire Safety & Emergency service, PCB for Environmental Clearance, IGBC for Green Building concept) in Urban & Rural areas upto the As-built drawing for CC of the project. Responsible for Execution Drawings i.e. GFC releasing to Site, Construction documents like Preparation of BOQ, Selection of Building Material in terms of its specification, Project reports. Responsible for Interacting with the Contractor & Suppliers to negotiate the item rates, concluding the budget part of any projects for Management approval. Responsible for Project coordination of ongoing projects & Site visit to solve the Execution related issues, dealing with hired external consultant like Architects, Structural, MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting), Landscape, Facade & Lighting Consultant, Stylization designer appointed in the projects. Responsible for R&D of new material available in recent market, Ensuring the finishing of end product with Site team & Future perspective of Project maintenance of the designed products.
