Independently capable of Mold Concept Design in 2D & 3D .
Ability to independently research, design, develop, modify and verify components, modules and sub-systems.
Capable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy and drive to meet business priorities.
Ability to analyse and correct complete product design issues by applying individual judgement.
Proficiency in 3D (Solid edge and Creo Elements 7).
Hands on Solid modelling and surfacing modelling.
Process knowledge from resin to preform and to PET bottles.
Knowledge on Types of neck used in beverage industries, differences on weight and characteristics.
Data management and analysis (3D, Step, Para solid)
Knowledge of Blow mold and functioning.
Knowledge on stretch ratio on design for preforms used for water, carbonated, non-carbonated, juices, etc.
Knowledge of difference in application of preforms used for water, carbonated, non-carbonated, juice etc.
Knowledge of bottle testing procedure/ parameters.
Knowledge of preform design / weight estimation, parameters estimation of blown bottles.
Strong technical ability in creating engineering drawings, models, applying GD & T.
The incumbent should have sufficient knowledge about identification and selection of Alloy and Steel.
Knowledge about ISO Documentation, KAIZEN and 5S is preferable.
